I finally got myself a Steam account, right before Summer Sale. I can see now why everyone goes apeshit about it. 4,49 € for all Penumbra games? Damn straight. As an Amnesia enthusiast, I’m really looking forward to playing Frictional’s older stuff. In the meantime my wallet better be hiding somewhere where I can’t find it to prevent myself from blowing everything on Steam purchases.

I have just finished the last chapter of Alice - Madness Returns on Xbox 360. I honestly did not expect that dark and evil twist in the story. I totally blew my mind. And so did the whole game. It’s a masterpiece of dark, horrible, yet beautifully artistic imagery and storytelling. You should give it a try if you haven’t already. For me personally this game goes straight to the hall of fame of the best and most memorable games I have ever played. And now on to re-playing the original American McGee’s Alice. I have never finished this one when I played it on PC years ago. Thanks to the free download voucher that was included in Madness Returns I can now replay it on my Xbox :)
